LET’S GO OUTSIDE!
Our Organization
Red Alder Group is a consortium of environmental educators and nonprofit leaders with a shared mission: to foster and support ecological awareness and stewardship.
We offer nature-based education for young people and adults, as well as curricular resources for classrooms and homeschool groups, Pacific Northwest field guides, and artist retreats highlighting native plant ecology.
Our Youth Programs
We offer high-quality, engaging outdoor education resources—including curricula, field study supply kits, instructor training, and interpretive guides—for virtually every ecoregion in Oregon.
We envision a world in which every young person can access the natural world in ways that are meaningful for them. At Red Alder Group we support student-centered applied learning, as well as educational equity, and socio-emotional health.
